3. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging Sama Tech's services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for project completion
• Make timely payments according to agreed payment schedules
• Provide timely feedback and approvals to avoid project delays
• Ensure they have necessary rights to any materials provided to us

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project contracts. Generally:

• A deposit is required before project commencement
• Milestone payments are due upon completion of agreed project phases
• Final payment is due before final deliverables are provided
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the project contract

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom work created specifically for their project. Sama Tech retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pre-existing code libraries, frameworks, and tools remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Confidentiality

Sama Tech treats all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose client information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law. Clients may be asked to sign a mutual NDA for sensitive projects.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sama Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Warranty

Sama Tech provides a warranty period of 30 days after project delivery for bug fixes related to delivered functionality. This warranty does not cover new feature requests, changes in requirements, or issues caused by third-party services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
